Service department is a joke. Made an appt for a minor oil leak on a ZL1 that I purchased at this dealer new in 2022, then when I arrived, was told it would be at least 3 days just for a diagnosis. No loaner or rental car was offered. Three days later, I was told by the service advisor that the problem had something to do with the exhaust manifold and that a part (GM 21992620) had been ordered and the car would be ready "hopefully" by midweek the following week. I checked the part number and it's a exh manifold gasket. No way on earth this can be related to an oil leak! I challenged the svc advisor about this and she said that's what the tech has ordered and that she is unable to reach the tech that day (Friday 4/25). I asked for rental car (svc cntrct should provide one if the veh needs to be kept overnight) and was told there were "none available". Asked to speak with the Service Manager and was told she's "gone for the day and won't be back until Monday". Asked for her cell number and was told I couldn't have it. Asked to speak to the dealership Director of Fixed Operations and was told he's gone for the weekend, won't be back in until Monday. General Manager and was told they don't have one. Asked to speak to "any" manager and was told the only manager would be the sales manager and he won't be able to do anything for me. Asked to have a Chevrolet district or regional service manager contact me and the service advisor said that she has no idea who that would be and recommended that I call Chevrolet (Corp) customer service and was given that number. As a former Service Manager/ Director of Fixed Ops at a major brand dealership, I can say that this service department is the absolute worst. Avoid it at all costs!

Felipe, at Premier Chevrolet was beyond professional. We were not met with any of the unpleasantries you'd expect in the car buying experience. Everything was clear, concise with options to help navigate the process. Absolutely would recommend Felipe and Maria in Finance. Great Team!

Great experience. I knew the vehicle I wanted that was at the dealer. Eric was great to work with and had great customer service.

Sales process and financing was smooth, but post sale service is not what I am use to. Additionally I see the same car being sold at other dealers much cheaper. Oh well... live and learn

Just trying to buy a car and they add on $3,995 in “dealer preinstalled added equipment” to the MSRP. A bunch of crap I don’t want and don’t need. Two other dealerships in Orange County are not adding this to the purchase. Hard pass.

Horrible customer service and zero fault to fix a problem (that is easily fixable). I won’t be going back over a $20 coupon. I told the service advisor about my coupon prior to service, he decided to cash me out to early without using my coupon. Then wouldn’t discount it. This dealership lied to me, and was less than professional at all levels.From the salesman, to the finance officer, to the sales manager, and customer relations officer…and the service manager were horrible. This was the worst car purchase experience I have ever had. Do not give them your business.

Transmission under warranty took a month to fix and then needed to be taken back in to repair a second time. Would anticipate they didn’t even diagnose for 2 weeks. Don in service was fantastic but the process took entirely way too long and the transmission was not repaired well the first time. There is no chance it was test driven before returning and claiming it was ready.
