A complete customer service debacle... she forgot to attach the coupon for the oil change and filter and would not credit my card I'm waiting for a rebate check. She provided us with a quote for additional services which when we came back the next day to have some of the additional services performed, the "quote" was found to be incomplete, with the brake job being quoted at half the price (Bait and switch?). Quite frankly after doing business with you folks for over 30 years my last 3 interactions with your customer service team have been bad, worse and pathetic... I'm happy to discuss with the Service Mgr as I really don't want to make a change to another provider however given the level of service I've received since the purchase from Weseloh you guys are 0 for 3 in my book. Don did a fantastic job, I���m so grateful for him. He solved an issue with my engine oil pressure light that others couldn���t figure out, he was very patient and understanding. He was determined to fix our car for us, and kept us updated the entire time. Thank you Don!!!

I HAVE A BEAUTIFUL MINT 93 CORVETTE WITH ONLY 37K MILES THAT I AM VERY FUSSY WITH AND I HAVE BEEN GOING TO THAT DEALERSHIP FOR YEARS. THEY TREATED ME JUST LIKE THE OLD MANAGEMENT, CONCERNING MY FEELINGS FOR THE CAR AND THEN PUTTING THE BATTERY IN. whenever you call the service dept NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONES!!! I called 5 times and finally got an answer the 5th try, probably because i complained to the receptionist who kept transferring me!!! To me since the ownership change this place has gone downhill. Besides this I have had other issues, like my steering wheel getting put back on wrong! and a drain tube being pinched inthe firewall which made my floor board gather water!! i honestly NEVER want to deal with this place again if i dont have too!!
I had a great experience. me and my wife visited several other dealerships, and premier did an outstanding job. our sales man Felipe, did a fantastic job presenting the vehicles, and helping us find the right one for our needs.
Without having any of my customer information pulled up, I was advised by the service representative that it would be $XX for an oil change. Rep was unaware that it would be my first oil change and that it���s include for free. Rep was too eager and fast paced that he failed to provide a satisfactory customer experience by understanding the motive for my visit.
