After having asked 3 other dealers to find the Chevy Volt I wanted, I didn’t have high expectations for Weseloh, however, Curtis Cheely completely surprised me. He not only found d the exact car others told me I would have to special order, he did so in less than 24 hours. Excellent experience from start to finish. Contacted Paul Elkee via the web. He was able to get me the best deal. I searched for weeks from San Diego to LA including dealers and private party options. Paul even came in on his day off, a Saturday too! Test drove with Curtis Cheeley because i was early to check out the car. Great guy no pressure ever from either person. They sold us right away. We finished with John Littlefield in finance. Again no pressure and no attitude when opting out of certain options. Overall an excellent buying experience. We are very happy with our new car!!!

I own a Kia (from Weseloh Kia) and last week visited Weseloh Chevrolet while waiting to get my Kia serviced. I met with Benjamin Pendleton. Benjamin was very relaxed and easy going, and had all the facts and knowledge I needed - to evaluate the possible purchase (for my fiancé, a Corvette aficionado) of an excellent Corvette in the used car inventory. Not having any knowledge of Corvettes, Benjamin put me at ease right away with answering my questions with respect. I bought a new 2015 Malibu. I was going to go to the local dealership where I bought my previous Chevy, but I am really glad I didn't. All the staff that I dealt with at Weseloh Chevrolet was super friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Carmine Mirabella (from their Internet Sales) even managed to find me an extra factory rebate program. I ended up getting a net price even lower than what he had originally quoted over e-mail. From finally selecting the model/color I wanted to actually getting the keys, the whole process took under 3 hours. It was by far the best experience I've ever had buying from a dealership!!

My husband and I went to purchase a Jetta at another dealership and the sales person was so pushy that we both got upset and left. Then, I mentioned to him let's try the Chev dealership down the road in Carlsbad. This is where we meet Ben Pendleton. He is a ROCK STAR. I asked him if he was pushy and he said no. I told him what I wanted to see and he guided us to the cars. He let us look at the cars we asked, then explained the different equipment in each vehicle, with no pressure at all.
